Odíhg Íhmerkèqa (Íhmer /ˈkɛqa/ [orbit] [resort]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Jambèiē Provence of the Dalandic Empire.

The name Odíhg Íhmerkèqa is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Íhmerkèqa was founded by Alagwen Griffiths, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Odíhg Íhmerkèqa has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Overview

Odíhg Íhmerkèqa was founded durring the early 10th century, by Alagwen Griffiths. The establishment of Odíhg Íhmerkèqa was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Alagwen Griffiths electing to pay people to resettle in Odíhg Íhmerkèqa.

Odíhg Íhmerkèqa was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Íhmerkèqa is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Odíhg Íhmerkèqa is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of spacious paverstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The minimaly adiquite have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Odíhg Íhmerkèqa's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements.
